1. Download this REG file. Save it to your desktop.
2. Double-click on the REG file on your desktop.
3. You will be asked if you want to merge the file with your registry. Click “yes”. Also reply in the affirmative to any additional notifications that pop up.
3. Open your start menu and click “Run…”
4. Type “REGSVR32 URLMON.DLL” without quotes.
5. Press “OK”.
6. Open the “Run…” window again.
7. Type ’ “C:\Program Files\Outlook Express\MSIMN.EXE” /REG ‘ with the double quotes. Press “OK”.
8. Restart your computer.
9. Open up Outlook Express, go to the options window, and click “Make Default” at the bottom
